Teen Mental Health First Aid Training

Passionate about mental health? Are you the friend others always turn to? Want to help your friends, but don’t know where to start?
Join us as we spill the tea on mental health and get certified in Teen Mental Health First Aid!
This is a 3-session, certification course for teens in grades 10 – 12, that teaches you how to recognize and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in your friends.
When: January 10, January 17, January 24**
Time: 6:30 – 8:30 pm (Dinner provided)
