In advance of the Annual Meeting there will be two Q & A sessions regarding the agenda items. These meetings will be held via Zoom (Call-in information: 1 301 715 8592 Meeting ID: 301 869 9842 Passcode: 868070) on June 7 at 8pm and June 11 at 8pm. Please reach out to us directly if you have questions but are unable to attend either of these meetings.
The 2023 Shaare Torah Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 13 at 7:30pm.
We look forward to coming together to celebrate and reflect on the past year and to discuss our exciting plans for the year to come. As a community that values the contributions and voices of all of our members, we hope that you will join us to vote on the 2023-2024 budget and the next slate of officers and trustees.
The Annual Meeting will be held in-person at Shaare Torah. Following the meeting, we will gather for refreshments and nosh.
To accommodate those who cannot attend the meeting in person, participation and voting will be available virtually.

As a reminder, each adult member is entitled to a vote on synagogue matters. Members must be in good standing (current in all financial obligations) to vote. If you have questions regarding your standing, please contact Matt Oziel .
As directed by the Shaare Torah bylaws, the Board has approved Annual Meeting procedures that will be used at this meeting.
