This annual gathering is an important opportunity for us to reflect on the past year, celebrate our accomplishments, and look ahead to the future of our community. We’ll share plans for the coming year, including exciting developments as we prepare to welcome our new spiritual leader, Rabbi David Helfand.
Your voice matters, and your presence strengthens our shared commitment to building a vibrant, inclusive, and resilient congregation. We hope that you will join us to vote on the 2025-2026 budget and the next slate of officers and trustees.
Following the meeting, we will gather for refreshments and a nosh.
Meeting Agenda:
As a reminder, each adult member is entitled to a vote on synagogue matters. Members must be in good standing (current in all financial obligations) to vote. If you have questions regarding your standing, please contact Matt Oziel . As directed by the Shaare Torah bylaws, the Board has approved Annual Meeting procedures that will be used at this meeting.
To accommodate those who cannot attend the meeting in person, participation and voting will be available virtually. Please read the attached Meeting Procedures for the Zoom link and instructions on voting.
