Garden Planting Day – Planting native plants with Shaare Torah’s Green Team

Bring the kids for snacks and crafts in the Sukkah. Help expand and beautify the Shaare Torah native plant garden.

Volunteers are needed for Shaare Torah’s Native Garden Planting Day!
Sunday, October 20, 1:30 – 3:30 PM
Light rain or shine (planting will be rescheduled in the event of heavy storms)

This is a great family, teen, and adult activity.

• Please provide supervision for kids under age 15.
• SSL hours are available.
• We will be planting small plants along the outside perimeter of the grassy area, creating a beautiful native garden.
• Bring small tools (hand-held trowels, rakes, weeders, and gloves), dress for the weather and digging, and bring your own refillable water bottle.
• Snacks and additional tools will be provided.
• Register by October 16 so we can get a head count.
