Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) brings the freshest local produce right to our door! What is a CSA?A CSA is a partnership between a local farm and a community of supporters. CSA members purchase up front a "share" of the crops that are grown. In return, they partake in the farm’s bounty throughout the growing season by means of a weekly delivery of healthy, fresh,
locally grown produce from the CSA farm, harvested at the peak of ripeness, flavor, and nutritional content.
Our Farm-Calvert Farm is located in Cecil County, Maryland close to the borders of Pennsylvania and Delaware. They are a small farm, certified Organic by the Maryland Department of Agriculture. 2010 will be their 16th growing season.
